Attorney Hulya Shakirova earned her Master’s degree in Law from St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Turnovo in 2014. Her career includes key roles as an in-house legal counsel for industry-leading private corporations and as a legal expert within the Directorate of Administrative, Legal, Financial, and Property Management (APOFUS) at the Regional Administration of Ruse.

Attorney Shakirova brings extensive legal expertise in civil, administrative, and property law, with a strong focus on spatial planning, zoning regulation, and local governance affairs. Dedicated to continuous professional growth, she frequently participates in specialized legal seminars focusing on real estate, contract law, and construction regulations.

She is a qualified mediator trained by the Professional Association of Mediators in Bulgaria and is officially registered in the National Unified Register of Mediators. She also holds specialized certification in consumer dispute mediation.

She is fluent in English and Turkish.
